Joining through a school
If your school has a student-led music council/club that you think will be interested in offering more performance opportunities for its members, have them send us a message!
If you yourself are interested in joining, let your music club executive members know about us to get associated.
Our contacts can be found on the contact page.
I want to participate, but my school doesn’t want to join!
Contact us and we’ll take care of that as best we can! After all, there may have been some misunderstandings about LMMSA that a board member could clear up.
What if my school doesn’t have a music club?
A way to show your passion for music would be spreading its joy to other people. Not only would starting a music club/council at your school develop your leadership skills, it’s easy for it to get running through participating in LMMSA events that are organized for you.
If you need any assistance during the process of making the club, we’re more than happy to help. Just send us a message!
My school won’t let me make a club!
You can join us independently and still participate in all events that we offer our club members! Send us a message if you are interested.
If making a club is possible, it is a better option to do so. This is because clubs make joining LMMSA more accessible; we require our independent members to play at a very high level. Although this prerequisite could be eliminated via an annual membership fee, clubs are highly encouraged in most circumstances nonetheless.
